We ship directly from our supplier’s warehouse.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time may be denied. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak seasons.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 7–12 business days to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Prices displayed on our site are in USD. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes once your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us.

How do I use the Batana Hair Oil?

Apply a small amount directly to your scalp and hair. Gently massage it in and leave it on for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results), then wash out with shampoo. Use consistently for best results.

How often should I use it?

We recommend using the oil 2–4 times per week for optimal results.

Is this product suitable for all hair types?

Yes, our Batana Hair Oil is suitable for all hair types.

When will I see results?

Results vary, but many customers notice improvements in hair strength and shine within a few weeks of consistent use.

How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us immediately if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Include your order number and photos of the item(s). We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to your bank within 7–10 business days after approval.
